CONNECTED CAPABILITY

How the workflow connects.

Capabilities are connected to common master data, permissions, workflows and evidence. Exact delivery is confirmed through the edition and implementation scope.

01

A searchable evidence repository

Document ingestion, OCR, metadata and search connect permitted content to the people who need it. Structured classification supports retrieval.

02

Access follows responsibility

User and group permissions determine which documents can be viewed. The Employee Console provides an embedded route to the document service.

03

Document control is a defined scope

Retention, approval and engineering revision requirements are established per implementation. Full engineering revision control is an additional workflow scope, not implied by storage alone.

CONTROLLED DELIVERY

Configuration is part of the product.

NexCom does not treat every listed workflow as automatically enabled. Edition selection, access rules, regional requirements, integrations and evidence obligations are defined and tested before production acceptance.

AVAILABLE

Supported by the current baseline.

CONFIGURABLE

Enabled through agreed project scope.

PLANNED

Proposed and subject to implementation.
