CONNECTED CAPABILITY

How the workflow connects.

Capabilities are connected to common master data, permissions, workflows and evidence. Exact delivery is confirmed through the edition and implementation scope.

01

A controlled meeting entry point

Launch the meeting service from the collaboration environment. Hosting recognizes the signed-in collaboration account rather than requiring a separate meeting password.

02

Work together remotely

Video, voice and screen-sharing capabilities are delivered through the meeting service. Network, participant and device conditions are verified for each deployment.

03

Follow through in the operating record

Use team conversations and ERP assignments to record decisions and responsibilities. Automatic minutes and action extraction are separately scoped enhancements.

CONTROLLED DELIVERY

Configuration is part of the product.

NexCom does not treat every listed workflow as automatically enabled. Edition selection, access rules, regional requirements, integrations and evidence obligations are defined and tested before production acceptance.

AVAILABLE

Supported by the current baseline.

CONFIGURABLE

Enabled through agreed project scope.

PLANNED

Proposed and subject to implementation.
